We pride ourselves on our food. When you dine at Il Casolare, you literally dine with us, and without dispute we eat quite well. I tend to the land and my wife, Cristina, commands the kitchen. When you dine with us, it’s like dining with family.

All the pastas, meats, cheeses, vegetables, breads, desserts and even the wines and grappa are raised or made by us from scratch. The difference is obvious. The food is fresh. It is free of chemicals and preservatives and it doesn’t ravel vast distances to reach your table. We are, at heart and in practice, still quite attached to our land and we take great care to produce the finest foods and ingredients for our table, and by extension, your table.

Our specialties are too vast to list and the menu changes daily based on freshness and availability. Our guests never fail to say that dining with us is so much more than eating in a restaurant. It’s the highest compliment we can receive.

Note, too, that we make available for sale to our guests many of the foodstuffs we serve. And, should you wish to host a lunch or dinner for up to 60 guests, we can customize the menu to your particular desires.
